Silao, Guanajuato – November 12, 2025 – C3L Associates, together with Monty Dozier from Texas A&M University, met with Omar Silva Palancares and senior officials from the Instituto de Innovación del Estado de Guanajuato to strengthen collaborative efforts aimed at advancing innovation, research, and international academic exchange.
The Instituto de Innovación del Estado de Guanajuato is a state-level institution created to drive scientific, technological, and innovation-based development across the region. Its mission is to promote high-impact research, support emerging industries, and position Guanajuato as a global leader in knowledge-driven economic growth. Over the years, it has established itself as one of Mexico’s most forward-thinking public innovation centers, integrating academia, industry, and government to foster transformative solutions across strategic sectors.
During the visit, C3L Associates and Texas A&M officials toured the institute’s world-class facilities in Silao, exploring its advanced laboratories, innovation centers, and development spaces. The delegation also received an exclusive first look at the soon-to-open virtual and augmented reality laboratory, a cutting-edge resource designed to support next-generation training, simulation, and immersive technology development. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen alliances with the state government of Guanajuato and explore opportunities for future visits and exchanges involving researchers and students from Texas, including participation in international learning programs such as the Let’s Grow Mexico initiative led by C3L Associates.
“Our collaboration with the Innovation Institute of Guanajuato reflects our commitment to connecting global institutions to address some of humanity’s most urgent challenges,” said Anthony Coggiola. “Together with our partners in Texas and Guanajuato, we aim to advance solutions for secure and reliable food and water systems through research, innovation, and education.”
As a strategic bridge between international universities, governmental institutions, and innovation ecosystems, C3L Associates continues to create pathways for cross-border cooperation that accelerate progress in sustainability, agricultural resilience, and technological development.
