León, Guanajuato – November 13, 2025 – C3L Associates, together with Monty Dozier from Texas A&M University, met with Sergio Ponce, Director of the U.S.–Mexico Chamber of Commerce – León Chapter, to advance collaborative efforts that support agricultural innovation, leadership development, and sustainability initiatives across the Bajío region.
During the meeting, Anthony Coggiola, Director of C3L Associates, presented the programs the organization is preparing to expand in Mexico—most prominently Let’s Grow Mexico, a binational educational immersion that connects U.S. and Mexican students through hands-on training in agriculture, water resilience, sustainability, and community leadership.
The discussion underscored the importance of public–private pairing as a model for funding and amplifying the impact of innovation-driven programs. Coggiola highlighted the essential role of cross-sector partnerships involving international universities, government agencies, and private companies to ensure long-term sustainability and success.
Sergio Ponce noted that the initiatives presented—especially Let’s Grow Mexico—strongly align with the sustainability and innovation agenda of the León Chapter of the U.S.–Mexico Chamber of Commerce. In support of this alignment, Ponce offered to host a chamber summit in early 2026 to introduce these programs to chamber members and regional stakeholders, opening the door to collaboration, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.
Additionally, C3L Associates will collaborate with the Chamber in its upcoming 2026 Sustainability Summit, contributing content, expertise, and programmatic integration to help expand the summit’s reach and impact across the private, public, and academic sectors.
“Partnerships like this are essential for building resilience and opportunity across our region,” said Coggiola. “Working with the U.S.–Mexico Chamber of Commerce allows us to connect the right actors—businesses, governments, and universities—to accelerate innovation and create long-term solutions for our shared challenges.”
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to deepen cooperation and advance the preparation of the 2026 chamber summit, establishing a powerful framework for binational collaboration in sustainability, agriculture, education, and community development.
